Q. What does ‘stretching and wrapping are included’ mean?
A. The result will be an image of your choice just like the one pictured in the TIPPR deal of Mt. Rainier. We will take your image and stretch it over a board and wrap the canvas around its edges for a contemporary clean finish and certainly ready to be hung on the wall. The wrap will be approximately 3/4″.
Q. Does it include a frame?
A. No. A frame of your choice can be purchased seperately. We have a wide variety of frames in stock and the average starting price is around $100.
Q. What kinds of files can I upload?
A. Please upload JPEG files only. If you don’t have a JPEG file or are having trouble converting a file to JPEG format, please contact us. We can help.
Q. What if I dont have a JPEG? or digital image?
A. In whatever way you chose, either bring in person or shipped at your own expense, you can provide us with the original image and we can digitize the image ready for our print to canvas process. The fee for this ‘revision’ is $20.
Q. What is the minimum size image or photo that I can use?
A. While the recommended image size is 20mb @ 2400×3000 pixels, minimum image size would be 5mb. Photos as small as 2″ x 3″ can be scanned and used as well.
Q. Does this deal include shipping?
A. No. Our standard flat rate shipping is $14.95 for each item and $4.95 for each additional item shipped to the same address on the same order.
Q. Can I apply this voucher to any other print to canvas sizes?
A. Yes. The $50 discount may be applied to any available sizes larger than 16×20.
Q. How long do I have to get the image to you?
A. You have one year from purchase.
Q. How do I get the image to you?
A. You can either drop the image off in person at our office or send it via our ‘Upload’ page right here on our website. If you are outside of the Seattle area nad have hard copy images, you can mail them to our office.
Q. Can I have the item shipped?
A. Yes. We charge a flat rate for shipping and handling of $14.95 to anywhere in the contiguous United States.
Q. Is this a good deal?
A. It is a great deal and you should take full advantage of it!
